Central Equatoria State government urged the people of Yei River County to wipe out misunderstandings on the removal of former county commissioner Juma David Augustine and Mayoress Oba Cecilia Tito.
Francis Gerard said removal of leaders is a government routine motion, aiming at giving every citizen chance to employment, Easter Radio reported.
Mr Gerard said the former leaders would remain reserve temporarily before taking up new assignments.
He called on communities to unite and cooperate with the new appointed leaders for service delivery to realize rapid development in the county.
Governor Clement Wani Konga reiterated his commitment not to destroy the SPLM party by ensuring that removed SPLM cadres are assigned to another duty.
