Tonj South County Commissioner in Warrap State urged all youths in the country to keep cultures that promote peace, unity and reconciliation among South Sudanese.
William Wol Mayom Bol told the gathering during the welcoming ceremony of the South Korean Salesian delegation at Don Bosco Secondary and Primary Schools that cultures make people to be identified as citizens of a particular nation, Good News Radio reported.
He urged young people to respect cultures because people are known through their dances, dressing and many others norms.
Commissioner Wol added that most youths in the country are ignorant about their cultures like indecent dressing, drug abuse and disrespect which humiliate cultural values.
He urged all young people to consider their cultures important and stop adopting foreign ones that disgrace the nation.
