South Sudan Football Cup competitions knock out started with 16 teams participating in Torit town.
Torit Mayor Stephen Osfaldo Lobali confirmed that the competition started on Friday with 16 different football clubs first and second divisions at Torit Freedom square, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said the games were surprising because there were about three clubs in the first division already knocked out from the competition.
One team would qualify to go for the national competition with other state teams.
Mr Osfwaldo encouraged sport lovers and well-wishers to promote sport activities in the country.
