Upper Nile Governor during called on the international and regional bodies to respect South Sudan’s sovereignty.
Addressing the celebration of Malakal recapture by government forces on Saturday, Simon Kun Puoch called on UN, IGAD, AU and the international community to value South Sudan’s decisions, Bakhita Radio reported.
He accused the world bodies of undermining the government when it said the mid December crisis was a coup attempt.
The Governor said South Sudan problem could only be resolved by South Sudanese within the country.
