Presbyterian Bishop calls on government to cooperate with churches

The Bishop of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of South Sudan called on the government to cooperate with churches to fasten development in the country.
 
Bishop Elias Taban said the church lobbied for infrastructural equipment in United States pending clearance and transportation home, Easter Radio reported.
 
He requested the government to engage churches in preaching reconciliation, peace to reflect truth to the outside world.
 
The Bishop made the remarks while accompanying a team of development partners from United States to Yei Municipality on Friday.
