The Council of ministers in its regular sitting on Friday approved the National Construction and Development Fund Bill.
The Acting spokesperson who is Telecommunication minister Rebecca Joshua Okwachi told journalists that the Bill would go to the parliament for final approval.
She added that after endorsement, it would help in the rehabilitation of the country.
The Acting spokesperson said the Bill was a body created to help in raising money for the construction of South Sudan.
Ms Joshua said giving legal status to the Fund was the right way for national construction.
