The defense lawyers of the detainees accused of plotting a coup in mid December rejected delay of trials in the Supreme Court on the ground that prosecutors mishandled the way they bailed the seven detainees.

Monyluak Alor said the court was adjourned from March 5 to 19 because of the prosecution application to bring the released detainees but they failed.

He said the prosecutors continue to ask the Court to give them time to bring the released detainees delaying the trail.

Advocate Alor said they could not hold the court hostage with their mistakes.

He spoke after examining the prosecution witnesses including Sayid Shakun and Marial Chang heads of Presidential Guards to establish the case.
