Tore Payam of Yei River County lacks health facilities and workforce.
Disease Surveillance Officer Emmanuel Jogo told Easter Radio that patients are treated under trees in Kundru village due to lack of primary health centres.
He added that Tore lacks health workers especially midwifes in Engebi, Lalumba, Bandame and Mapoko areas to treat the growing population in the area.
The officer appealed to the state government to establish a health centre and supply drugs to address health issues in the area.
