Yei Football Association banned thirty eight players for three months for participating in Nyongbwe area league.

Yei Football Association Acting Secretary Moro Gabriel Santino told Easter Radio on Monday that Nyongbwe area league organizing committee called for enlightenment on South Sudan Football Association rules and regulations.

He said the Nyongbwe area league trains players to develop their talents to join senior players.

Mr Gabriel said some players violated the Football Associations’ rules and regulations.

He underscored that a player must serve a ban of three months or pay 30 South Sudanese pounds.

The acting secretary said the national Football Association Contitution article bans a player for one year or pay a fine of 100 South Sudanese Pounds.

The acting secretary warned that continued violations of the Association’s rules and regulations lead to more penalties.
