Torit Catholic Apostolic Administrator commended his priests for offering services to Christians amidst challenges.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha on Thursday thanked the priests for sacrificing their precious time in the pastoral meeting, Emmanuel Radio reported.
The Apostolic Administrator told the priests that as pastoral agents, they have to sacrifice themselves to render services to those in need.
He said after touring all parishes, he discovered many difficulties priests face while serving people of God.
The Apostolic Administrator noted the commitment of religious brothers and sisters.
He urged them to cooperate with priests in the ministry of Jesus Christ in the diocese.
Monsignor Oliha also appreciated Catechists whom he described as the right hands in the Catholic Church.
He pledged to improve social lives of the Catechists.
Priests, religious brothers, sister and the laity attended the four-day annual pastoral meeting that concluded on Friday.
