Tonj South County in Warrap State Education Office is lacking transport for inspecting schools in the villages.
Education Director Mayom Lual Bak on Tuesday said the Office needed motorbikes for visiting villages’ schools because some children come to school late because they first go fishing, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He urged head teachers to enlighten parents, guardians and chiefs on the importance of education to encourage their children to go to school.
The Director advised parents, guardians and chiefs to send their children to school because Education needs collective work not only government’s responsibility.
He urged Madhol, Pawel, Mabior Yar, Malual-Muok, Aguka and other school head teachers to protect education equipments from children.
