South Sudan Network of People Living with HIV AIDS on Monday suggested deduction of salaries of employees to use in meeting the UNAIDS strategy to reduce HIV by half by 2015.
Lole Laila Lole called for investment through introduction of domestic funding at all levels of the government.
He said South Sudan AIDS Commission could not change the level of HIV and AIDS in the country because it only receives salaries without activities and investment.
Mr Laila called for compensation to Network’s piece of land the government grabbed to meet challenges and activities of HIV and AIDS.
Government representative Mayen Wol Jong said the Commission should convince the government to release money for its activities.
