Doctors with Africa Cuamm said the people of Yirol County in Lakes State remained doubtful of the ceasefire agreement as clashes continue in other areas.
The organization said in statement that fighting still goes on and the wounded continue to arrive in their hospital from different areas especially Jonglei state.
“The flow of trucks loaded with household goods and people passing through Yirol, heading to the North-East of the country also continues’, the doctor added.
“The Cuamm team operating in Lui Hospital, Western Equatoria and Yirol in Lakes States were working in extremely precarious conditions’ the statement said.
The statement added that the hospital was in need of medicines for malaria, pneumonia, diarrheal and therapeutic foods such as vitamins, antibiotics and painkillers.
