Nuba Mountains Media Secretary Chatigo Amoja Delman told Voice of Peace that the African Union Peace Mediator Thabo Mbeki postponed the talks until February 13 due to crisis in Central African Republic and South Sudan.

Mr Amoja said the Government and SPLM-N will talk on political part after finalizing humanitarian assistance in Nuba Mountains, Blue Nile and Darfur regions.

He added that it was bad to start negotiating on power sharing while civilians have no food, medicines and other basic needs.

The secretary stressed that the talks between the Movement and Government will take place according to the United Nations Security Council resolution 2046.
