Yei Mayoress announced plans to create two more town blocks to address employment and boost development in the Municipality.
Cecilia Oba Tito said the initiative was an implementation of Central Equatoria Local Government Act of 2009 which calls for creation of more blocks and quarter councils, Easter Radio reported.
The Mayoress said the Municipal Local Government was committed to deliver services to citizens.
She appealed to the population to support the government at all levels.
The Mayoress assured the public that security situation in the town was normal.
