Primary schools in Tonj South County of Warrap State started their Primary Leaving Certificate exams on Friday.
County Education Director Mayom Lual Bak confirmed that 363 candidates in four centres started their exams, Don Bosco Radio reported.
The Director said they received eight candidates from Juba and allowed them to sit with their colleagues.
He said the candidates started with Christian Religion Education paper.
Mr Lual advised the candidates to work hard without panicking during exams.
The exams will last for five days.
