Bishop Taban urged politicians to learn and embrace democratic principles to avoid eruption of conflicts.
He called on the government to embrace democratic values which are the modern-day principles of governance.
The South Sudan Council of Churches leader appealed to the government to involve religious leaders in the talks.
Bishop Taban invited all Christians to join peace prayers at All Saints’ Cathedral in Juba on Saturday.
He announced that the prayers will start at 10:00 AM.
