Yei Catholic Bishop on Sunday called on Christians to intensify their prayers for peace when the country unrest was increasing.
Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe said when fighting escalates, Christians should intensify there prayers, Easter Radio reported.
He said people should not only pray in difficult situation but continue every day.
Bishop Lodu clarified that people have to pray more for peace, reconciliation and understanding in the country.
The Catholic prelate called on all tribes to love one another and pray for the peace talks in Addis Ababa to succeed.
Bishop Lodu made the remarks while presiding over the Eucharistic celebration at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday.
