Shortage of fuel and Vivacell airtime hit Yambio County in Western Equatoria State in the last two days.
Vivacell airtime of two Pounds rose to three Pounds while that of ten rose to 15 South Sudanese Pounds in Yambio town.
Anisa Radio reporter on Monday visited five petrol stations and found only Shabel Station operating in the town while four stations were closed.
One of the buyers said he spent three hours in the queue to buy five litters to operate his generator.
He said the current political crisis in the country affected supply of fuel to Yambio.
The customer said lack of fuel is expected to affect transport and businesses of both private and government institutions in Yambio.
