Yei Catholic Bishop warned the youth against disrespecting elders in their communities.
Presiding over the Eucharistic celebration of the feast of the Holy Family at Lainya parish on Sunday, Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe said youth were not respecting their parents and elders, Easter Radio reported.
He said disrespect to parents and elders does not portray the image of a good citizen.
Bishop Lodu added that the youths should be very strong in order to develop the country.
He stressed that youths who disrespect should not marry because their marriage life would not last longer.
The Bishop urged the youths not to destroy Gods gift of humanity.
