Yei River County on Wednesday called on citizens to end the spirit of tribalism that would leave the country underdeveloped.
Juma David Augustine told the congregation at Christ the King Cathedral that South Sudanese belong to one country and one Constitution, Easter Radio reported.
He disputed that there was no need to run to another country for refuge no matter what the situation could be.
Commissioner Juma called for unity, peace and love among citizens and appealed for joint action to rebuild the country.
He urged citizens to pray for peace and hope for the country.
