Monsignor Thomas Oliha called on citizens to replace violence with dialogue and negotiations to realize peace in the country, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said the church condemns the violence that erupted mid December in the country.
Monsignor Oliha called on the fighting parties to end the crisis through dialogue.
He called for an end to the use of guns countrywide.
