Tonj police to protect civilians during Christmas

Tonj South Deputy Police Commissioner in Warrap State on Tuesday said they would protect civilians from any crime during the Christmas festive.
 
William Deng Wol said they deployed police forces in churches and other areas to protect civilians, Bosco Radio reported.
 
He said police forces would make 24 hours patrol in the town and areas around Greater Tonj.
 
Deputy Police Commissioner Deng urged the entire Greater Tonj community to leave their spears, sticks and other tools at home when coming for Christmas.
 
He advised parents and guardians to take care of their children from getting lost during the Christmas season.
 
Tonj South Central Prison Director Ding Akoon urged prison wardens in Atermony and Thiet Payams to protect civilians and inmates.
 
He advised Greater Tonj people to celebrate Christmas with happiness and joy.
