Juba University Students call for security during Christmas

Students of the University of Juba on Monday called on the government to provide security during Christmas and the New Year festive.
 
Moses Machal Athian, a student of the College of Community Studies and Rural Development urged Christians to celebrate joyfully Christmas despite of what happened.
 
He appealed to the government to look for criminals who would break into people’s houses.
 
Another Student in the College of Medicine Chol Makur Aciek warned against bloodshed in South Sudan again.
 
He asked God to intervene and bring peace to the new country which suffered for many years.
 
One of the staff in the University advised people not to fear because God will secure his children. 
 
Medina Bullen lamented that Christmas would not be celebrated as usual because some lost their lives and some are suffering from gunshots.
 
She called on the government to resort to peace and reconciliation.
