Catholic Church dismisses believe that Juba crisis tribal

Catholic Church leaders strongly voiced their concerns dismissing believes that the crisis that started in Juba on Sunday night and spread to other town was tribal.
 
The Catholic Archbishop of Juba Paolino Lukudu Loro said the fight was not tribal but political wrangle in the SPLM party, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
He refuted believes that the fighting was only between the Dinka and the Nuer, but that all tribes were involved.
 
The Metropolitan bishop of South Sudan pointed out that ‘the SPLM party is not only for two tribes but for all people in the country.’
 
He said what is happening is wrong and the church cannot bless it and strongly condemned the innocent killing of civilians in Juba, Bor and Bentiu.
 
Archbishop Lukudu urged those who fuel the violence on the tribal basis to immediately stop it.
 
He said the religious leaders in the country believed the nation belong to all the tribes in the South Sudan.
 
Torit Emeritus Bishop Paride Taban called on citizens in the country not to let the history of suffering and conflict brings more chaos but strive for peace.
 
Bishop Taban called on citizens to love one another and focus on development.
