US President warns South Sudan against going to war

United States President warned South Sudan against going to civil war after clashes in Juba spread around the country.
 
In a statement, Barack Obama said 45 military personnel were deployed to South Sudan on Wednesday to protect American citizens and property.
 
In a letter to Congress Mr Obama lamented that recent fighting threatened to force South Sudan into its past dark days. 
 
He urged that inflammatory expression and targeted violence to stop.
 
President Obama lamented on the fact that Sudan suffered 22-years civil war that left at least two million people dead before it became independent in 2011.
 
He urged all sides to listen to the wise counsels of their neighbors, commit to dialogue and take immediate steps to realize calm and support reconciliation.
