Tonj South County Commissioner in Warrap State on Wednesday told all the organized forces to avoid wrong information about the coup in Juba.
William Wol Mayom said some forces were conveying wrong information that could threaten communities in towns and villages to flee for refuge, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He said 25 of Police operations in Rolcholakol on Tuesday got wrong information through phone and made them panic and ran away.
The County Commissioner urged the entire community and the organized forces not to separate because they are brothers and sisters.
Mr Mayom advised community and all organized forces to stay in peace and cooperation to work together for development of the country.
One of the police forces Bol Chom Ariak said they feared because other police started fighting in the market and killed three.
He added that they feared because they were Nuer and three of them died and that forced them to run to prison wardens in Atermony.
