Western Bahr el Ghazal State Finance Ministry Investment Forum on Saturday called for creation of a right economic environment to attract international and local investors.
State Governor Rizik Zachariah Hassan urged investors to strength the state financially, Voice of Hope reported.
He said job creation and hard work were the only ways to resolve numerous problems in the state.
State Finance and Trade Minister Lillian Valentino Rizik highlighted infrastructure, tourism, agriculture and forestry, education, health, trade and industry, animal resources and fisheries as priority investment areas to improve citizens’ livelihood.
She described cooperation as a mutual benefit for both investors and the state.
The forum attracted international and local investors.
