Yabua Boma residents in Nzara County of Western Equatoria State are demanding a payam citing a big population in the area.
The residents complained of border issues between Nzara and Yambio Counties, inadequate water supply and health facilities, Anisa Radio reported.
Commissioner Elia Richard Box who visited the area on Wednesday instructed chiefs to resolve Yambio-Nzara border issues.
He advised Lumber Log Company local employees to be responsible and plant more teak trees for future benefit.
Commissioner Box told Yabua communities to register with the SPLM party.
