Apostolic Administrator urges Christians to work for peace

The Torit Catholic Diocese Apostolic Administrator urged Christians to work for peace to promote development.
 
Monsignor Thomas Oliha said peace building starts with individuals before it extends to others, Emmanuel Radio reported.
 
Fr Mani Hinati from Solidarity with South Sudan called on Christians to work towards achieving peace, justice and reconciliation in the state.
 
He said peace helps to resolve problems.
 
Fr Hinati urged Torit Catholic Diocese leaders to listen and implement resolutions reached by the participants at the workshop.
 
The three-day workshop on the Social teachings of the Church attracted over 40 participants including priests and laity.
