A bomb explosion killed three South Sudanese children and one Ugandan worker in Suk Sita, Juba, leaving one male and another female injured.
Sserwadda John was injured in the blast.
He told Bakhita Radio at Juba Teaching Hospital that the explosion happened on Thursday morning while during the construction of a video hall.
Mr Sserwadda said he saw the children pulling metal scraps from the ground and then he heard the explosion.
He was injured and one of his workmate killed together with the three children.
Mbaya Zalika said she did not know how the blast happened but she was thrown into the ground.
She was injured in her hand and leg by the flying shrapnel.
Accident and Emergency Medical Officer Mapuor Mading said medics immediately rushed the patients to the theatre for surgery after they were stabilized.
Bakhita Radio could not reach the police to establish the cause of the incident.
