An imam of Torit Mosque extended an invitation to Christians and believers from other faiths to join Muslims commemorating the feast of Eid Al Adha.
Talking to Radio Emmanuel on Monday, Yuosif Agestino Ohure urged Eastern Equatoria citizens to show unity, peace and love of one another by joining the Muslims to celebrate Eid al Adha al Mubarak.
Imam Yusuf appreciated the government for declaring Eid Al Adha a holiday.
He said the feast started yesterday by Muslims fasting worldwide to honour God.
The Imam called for proper use of the day considering its importance in remembrance of Abraham and his son Ishmael.
