The National Constitutional Review Commission or NCRC appealed to the government and business people to contribute with funds for printing the Transitional Constitution of South Sudan to distribute to citizens during civic education campaigns.
In an NCRC press briefing on Friday, Civic Education Campaign team leader for Warrap State Rosa Santino Bol asked national ministers and MPs to talk to the President to allocate funds for the commission to finish its assignment in due time.
Ms Santino revealed that nine million South Sudanese Pounds were approved in the 2012-2013 budget but the commission got only money to pay salaries.
She said NCRC has no funds and no institution to advance loans.
The 2013-2014 National budget passed on Saturday allocated the same nine million pounds of the previous financial year.
