Paolino Lukudu Loro said it was time for efficiency and fighting against corruption.
He specified that Equatorians were longing for efficient service delivery.
Archbishop Lukudu urged Vice President James Wani Igga and his government to uphold Christian values.
The Catholic Prelate pointed out that faith was the secret behind their success.
Archbishop Lukudu said the Church will continue praying for the new cabinet to succeed.
The Archbishop made the call during a thanksgiving ceremony of the appointment of Equatorians to the cabinet.
