Western Bahr El Ghazal authorities on Monday opened Wau Music Centre within Wau Youth Centre premises.
The Centre Director Addison Arkangelo Musa told Voice of Hope that the centre on Monday started registering young people to learn music.
He said they have four musical departments.
Mr Arkangelo encouraged music lovers to turn up for the six-month training.
The Director said the centre will be the musical identity of the state.
He added that they will work hard to showcase South Sudan music internationally.
Wau Music Centre was meant to attract youths to musical industry as the only government centre in the country.
