Governor Konga reshuffles cabinet

Central Equatoria State Governor on Friday issued two gubernatorial decrees dissolving the cabinet and appointing another.  
 
Clement Wani Konga reappointed Manasseh Lomole Waya Deputy Governor and appointed Scopas Dima Jibi Cabinet Affairs Minister.
 
He appointed Joseph Kulang John Minister for Commerce, Industry, Mining and Investment and retained Paul Lodu Bureng as Finance Minister. 
 
The same decree appointed Suba Samuel Manasseh Information, Broadcasting and Tourism Minister, Jimmy Wongo, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Rural Water Development.
 
Governor Konga appointed Jacob Lupai, Minister for Agriculture and Forestry and Gada James Kila became Animal Resources and Fisheries Minister while Emmanuel Ijja
Baya remains Minister for Health, Sanitation and Environment.
 
The same decree appointed HastinYokwe the deputy speaker of the State Legislative Assembly to head the Ministry of Education and Technology and David Lokonga Moses retained his position as the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport.
 
Gerald Francis was put to be Local Government Minister, Mary Apayi Ayiga became Minister for Gender and Social Development and Lily Kitale Andrew was appointed Minister for Labour and Public Service.
 
The Governor appointed Michael John to head Cooperative and Rural Development ministry.
 
He dropped Kajo-Keji County Commissioner Ben Yengi and replaced him with Henry Kala and replaced Juba City Council Mayor Mohamed Al Haj Baballa with Christopher Sarafino Wani.
 
The new Mayor is deputized by Hakim Deng Majus for Administration and Finance, Festo Abdul-Aziz James as Deputy Mayor for Land Development and Yuac Kulang as City Council Town Clerk. 
 
The Governor appointed Oba Cecilia Tito as the Mayor of Yei Municipal Council and split the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Cooperatives into ministries of Agriculture and Forestry and Cooperatives and Rural Development.
