The European Union Aviation Security Mission in South Sudan in collaboration with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS trained 33 National Police Service Immigration Officers for three days to improve their work.
The training was to mentor and fine-tune performance of officers in line with the standards of International Civil Aviation Organization and modern migration management.
Nationality, Passport and Immigration Director-General Major General Augustino Maduot Palek appreciated the support of the European Union and the UNMISS.
