Police in Western Bahr El Ghazal found a lost Ugandan business man after he was seized by unknown assailants last month.
Wathisima Isa was kept in darkness for 21 days in Wau before he was driven and thrown half dead at Rejaf area in Juba, Voice of Hope reported.
Western Bahr El Ghazal Police Commissioner Akot Deng Akot told journalists in Wau on Tuesday that Isa who engaged in black dollar was seized by his suppliers after failing to get the market of counterfeit dollars he was charged to exchange.
He explained that the assailants took Isa from Kenyan Commercial Bank to Daraja area where he spent 20 days in darkness in Wau before reaching Rejaf in Juba.
Mr Isa explained that four people, two in military uniform and two others in ordinary dress forced him into a car, closed his eyes and drove away.
He said he was taken to a small room in Wau and beaten for five days without seeing a person and the assailants demanded dollars but he had none.
Two Months ago, a South Sudanese trader Joseph Wani was kidnapped by unknown gangs and thrown dead on Wau Bushere road.
Last year a Ugandan businessman was also murdered in Wau town, the killing prompted Ugandan community in Western Bahr El Ghazal to protest.
