Caritas Torit starts management training

Caritas Torit on Tuesday started a three-day training for its staff on organization change, management and communication.
 
Torit Catholic Diocese Apostolic Administrator Thomas Oliha expressed gratitude to the late Bishop, Johnson Akio Mutek for initiating Caritas Torit with the help of Secour Catholique, Emmanuel Radio reported.
 
Monsignor Oliha noted that the training was for the good of the Diocese and evangelization.
 
A consultant from Apostolic Vicariate of Harare in Ethiopia Tandesse Haile said the training would improve staff management ability.
 
He added that the training enables staff to work more effective and team up with colleagues and supervisors.  
 
The training ended with selection of Change Management steering team.
