Wau Water Corporation in Western Bahr El Ghazal planned to install water meters for all its consumers to determine the exact monthly volume of water consumption.
The Corporation Director Joseph Akol Anei told Voice of Hope on Monday that the purpose of metres was to determine monthly bill to ease payment.
He said they currently charge every customer 72 South Sudanese Pounds per a month.
Mr Akol added that regular clients will pay according to their monthly consumption determined by the water meter.
He called on all customers to get new metres, separate the old ones, settle their water arrears and cooperate.
Mr Akol said they will continue with the eight hours water supply due to inadequate fuel to run it for 24 hours.
He said the Corporation could not supply water to public water kiosk due to little volume they pump.
