Three children in Wau died after they were drawn by water on Sunday at Denge-denge Bridge at Lokoloko area.
Two bodies were discovered on Sunday evening and the third was discovered on Monday morning, Voice of Hope reported.
Two children belonged to one father.
Louis Okuni Abunaga, the grandfather of two children told journalists that his grandchildren and one from the neighbour were drawn while bathing at the stream.
Mr Okuni suspected that the children were probably caught in the water by an octopus believed to have invaded the stream.
The civil defence could not be reached for a comment on the presence of the suspected Octopus in the stream.
