Sixty-eight Christians were confirmed, another 80 received the first communion and 42 infants were baptized on Thursday at Assumption Parish in Lasu of Yei Catholic Diocese.
Assumption Parish Priest Severio Dalura told Easter Radio that Christians who received the three sacraments came from Goja, Mitagi, Mitika, Libogo Saints Bakhita and Benedict Chapels.
He encouraged parents to strengthen the faith of their children.
Fr Dalura called on the faithful who received the first communion and confirmation to develop their Catholic faith.
One of the newly confirmed Christians Felix Lupai expressed happiness describing it a great blessing of the Assumption Day.
Mr Lupai a father of nine children said he felt isolated and incomplete Christian before receiving the Holy Communion.
Yei Catholic Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe administered the sacrament of confirmation of the sixty-eight Christians.
