Jonglei state needs committed prayers to end the long suffering of its people due to conflict.
 
Central Equatoria Employee Executive Director Michael Modi said the Jonglei conflict will bring disrespect to South Sudanese, Easter Radio reported.
 
He urged Jonglei state people and South Sudanese to stop conflict and embrace peace in the country.
 
Mr Modi encouraged people to refrain from tribalism, nepotism and segregation.
 
He asked parents to be responsible for their children by laying their strong future foundation.
 
Mr Modi was speaking on Sunday at Christ the King Cathedral in Yei.
