Sudd Institute said the petition of the suspended SPLM Secretary-General Pagan Amum against President Salva Kiir was suitable and procedural.
Training Director Zachariah Diing Akol told CRN in a telephone interview on Friday that Pagan Amum took the right way to clear government entities’ and citizens’ doubts.
He said that it is the court to decide on the dispute.
Mr Akol said SPLM should address Pagan’s suspension internally.
President Kiir ordered suspension of Pagan Amum last month pending investigation.
