Yei River County Legislative Council members, heads of departments and payam directors on Monday passed the county budget.
Commissioner Juma David Augustine said the budget at the tune of 9 million South Sudanese Pounds was in conformity with the state and national budgets due to the austerity measures, Easter Radio reported.
He said the County was committed to respect, implement and deliver services based on the budget.
Yei County Planning and Budgeting Deputy Director John Benson Yona said the budget would be used according to 2012-2013 priorities.
He said the County would use local revenues and the World Bank grants to implement priorities as planned.
Yei River County Commissioner chaired the budget deliberation that brought together over 35 people.
