Mr Dong complained that the president cannot form a cabinet and restructure it after few days.

Mr Dong said the 14 commission’s chairpersons are supposed to be reduced to realize lean government because their virtues are the same with ministers.

He said the government is know changing, becoming elastic and continues to grow bigger.

Mr Dong said before the president restructures and reappoints, he should first submit the nominees’ list to the national parliament for deliberation and blessing.
