A Catholic Mission Medical Board organized a one-day capacity building workshop on the care and support program to the HIV AIDS support groups in Yambio.
The Board member Victor Badista Sira explained that the first group of 30 participants learnt income generating activities, HIV management, Health and Sanitation for people living with HIV AIDS, Anisa Radio reported.
He said the other group of 30 participants will be trained on Friday to get the same knowledge.
Mr Sira emphasized that the caring and supporting people living with HIV AIDS was a responsibility of everybody.
Margret Nako a participant from the Star Support group said she was excited to learn about the income generating activities for the first time.
