Central Equatoria State heads of departments in the ministry of Cabinet Affairs were urged to follow right office procedures in directing and checking documents within the state secretariat.
Cabinet Affairs Minister Oba Cecilia told the press on Tuesday in Juba that all staff in the ministry needed to avoid rumors and follow the rules set in directing documents to the relevant ministries and departments.She called on citizens submitting documents to the state and the her ministry to follow the right channels so that their issues are handled rightly and timely.
Director General in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs Allan Morgan called for cooperation and team work among the staff to deliver services to the people in the state.
The call came during a heads of unit meeting on Tuesday following unclear channeling of documents to the various ministries and departments in the state that are forcing overspending at the ministry.
