A Kenyan regional air carrier is stopping its flights between Rumbek and Nairobi at the end of the month.
Aircraft Leasing Services or ALS Commercial Manager Mohammed Taher confirmed that the company will stop flying the Rumbek route from the end of June.He told a client that the route was not profitable with the Beechcraft ALS is using.
ALS was flying three times per week between Nairobi and Rumbek via Lokichoggio.
Mr Taher added that ALS may consider charter flights.
