European Union delegation in South Sudan is playing a friendly match with South Sudan Football Association marking Europe Day at Juba Stadium on Saturday.
The match is supported of Federation of International Football Association or FIFA.The festivities begin at six o’clock in the evening with a show of traditional dances.
The sporting event highlights what has been celebrated on Europe Day on 9 May, in that diversity, respect and tolerance make the strength of any given team, community or nation.
A return match is scheduled for 9 July 2013, when South Sudan will be commemorating its second Independence Day anniversary.
